• Transport - A free shuttle bus is available from the airport.
• The retreat will start at lunchtime on Monday 13/09/10.
• The retreat will finish midday on Saturday 18/09/10.
• We recommend that, if possible, you come a day earlier and stay a day later to integrate, process and relax.
• Accommodation - The rooms are three-share with own kitchen.
• Meals - Most meals are included. There are also cafes available for optional coffee and snacks.
• Changes - Please understand the itinerary could change for any reason.
